Abstract

Provides notes for guidance for preparing contracts to be used for construction, improvement or maintenance of highway works. Details requirements for 3 types of unbound mixtures, and considers general requirements for cement and other hydraulically bound mixtures, induced cracking of HBM, construction subgrades, performance foundation design, and assessment of permanent works performance.
