Abstract
Discusses local heat and energy efficiency strategies (LHEES), the mechanism for implementing Scotland's heat in buildings strategy, using a place based, locally-led and tailored approach. LHEES aim to set out the long-term plan for decarbonising heat in buildings and improving their energy efficiency across an entire local authority area.
