Areas covered include relevant legislation, the design and specification process for the ventilation aspects of a healthcare facility, ventilation and energy control strategies, design and selection of ventilation equipment, standards for installation and commissioning. Includes appendices.
History
SHTM 03-01 (2022) supersedes all previous versions of SHTM 03-01 (Part A, HFS, 2014), SHTM 2025 (1994) and DV4 (1983). Interim version – additional guidance related to COVID-19 will be added in an update in 2022. Dated February 2022. SHTM 03-01 is made up of two parts, Part A and Part B.
