Supersedes Technical note: road condition and maintenance data (DFT, 2018). Version 1.5: 10/11/2021. Related to the following: Road conditions in England, years ending March 2020 and March 2021; Road conditions in England - a basic guide; and Road condition statistics: notes and definitions (all DFT, 2021). Replaces and expands the technical annexes previously included in the Road conditions England and the National road maintenance condition survey (NRMCS) bulletins.
