Revision 0 - dated March 2020 - fully revises BD 2/12 with amended clauses relating to CDM 2015 regulations requirement for Principal Designer in the Model AIP, additional provisions for structures options reports, water management, alterations to height/span ranges in some structures, a Type N classification in the temporary works section to align with PAS 8811, amended procedures in design or assessment criteria, requirements for safety critical fixings and updated model forms.
