Abstract
Explains the current requirements for sanitary facilities held in the non-domestic technical handbook. Some guidance is given for changing places toilets, but this consultation explores the options to go further. This EQIA suggests the proposed changes positively seek to enhance building facilities for wider use by building users, with no discernible negative impacts identified.
