Abstract
Explains the current requirements for sanitary facilities held in the non-domestic technical handbook. Some guidance is given for changing places toilets, but this consultation explores the options to go further. Looks at the development of changing places toilets, building upon current provisions, current good practice guidance - BS 8300 and proposals to introduce CPT into building regulations.
