The Environment Agency position relating to waste operation environmental permits for the use of unbound pulverised fuel ash (PFA) and furnace bottom ash (FBA), covering the requirements and enforcement. Applies to the use of unbounded PFA and FBA in construction such as embankments, road building and construction of flood defences.
