Abstract
Introduces the changes brought about by TSRGD 2016. Revoking Parts 1 and 2 of the 2002 regulations and consolidating, updating and revising key elements from other statutory instruments. Covers the general changes and definitions and shows the new structure, changes, the policy context and worked examples where relevant for Schedules 2 to 18. Also includes an overview of the changes between the 2002 and 2016 regulations and a useful mapping feature.
