History

Supersedes the 2014 edition. The 2015 edition of the Red Book comprises 2 Volumes: Volume 1: Fire detection and alarm products, systems and cables, manual fire extinguishing equipment, automatic sprinkler, water spray and deluge systems and fixed fire fighting systems. Volume 2: Passive fire protection, fire doors, shutters and installers of fire and security doors, smoke and ventilation systems, security protection products, construction products and management system certification. As this content is now updated daily on the website we are unable to include this in the Service. The download includes a link to access the latest version online http://www.redbooklive.com.

BRE Certification Ltd took over the Loss Prevention Certification Board in April 2000. BRE Certification Ltd changed name to BRE Global in 2007. The LPCB publish the Loss Prevention Standards. Other LPC documents are available from the FPA.
