Abstract
In 2007, the original report explored how reductions in carbon emissions and improvements in energy efficiency and performance could be achieved in houses and buildings in Scotland, establishing a goal for net zero carbon. This 2013 update focuses on the way forward for eventual and staged standards, the process and costings.
