Abstract

Presents an overview of responses to the March 2013 consultation and the Government response and next steps for the proposals to revise policy for the way the Highways Agency engages with the planning system and fulfils its remit to be a delivery partner to sustainable economic growth and maintain, manage and operate a safe and efficient strategic road network.
