History
Part of the 'Next steps consultation: regime for specified (special) water and sewerage infrastructure projects in England' consultation package which comprises: consultation letter, an impact assessment, draft SIP Regulations, and this draft notice to be made under the SIP Regulations (all DEFRA, 2012). Consultation closed on 4 December 2012. Related to the following: Consultation on the regime for special water and sewerage infrastructure projects in England - consultation document and associated consultation documents including consultation letter, an impact assessment and a consultee list (all DEFRA, 2011).
