Abstract
Presents the Government's 'next steps' to taking forward the proposals for new secondary legislation to be made under section 36A of the Water industry Act 1991 that was previously consulted on in February 2011.
History
Part of the 'Next steps consultation: regime for specified (special) water and sewerage infrastructure projects in England' consultation package which comprises: this consultation letter, an impact assessment, draft SIP Regulations, and draft notice to be made under the SIP Regulations (all DEFRA, 2012). Consultation closed on 4 December 2012.
