Abstract
Comprises the Government's response to the consultation on improving listed building consent. The consultation sought views on options for changing the system of listed building consents, ensuring that heritage assets are conserved in a manner appropriate to their significance, and at the same time to avoiding increased burdens on local planning authorities.
