Edition 2 - 4 January 2009 - Incorporates changes from 4 January 2009 by the Building (Fees) (Scotland) (amendment) Regulations 2008. Edition 3 - 1 May 2012 - General updating to reference BSD and introduction of remote and targeted auditing procedures.
