Abstract
Summarises recommendations for intervention aiming to reduce potholes, looking at causes and solutions, maintenance strategies and programmes, prioritisation, reporting and communication. Looks at technical issues relating to pavement deterioration and preventative maintenance, velocity patching, thermal road repairs, hot mix repairs and cold repairs.
