Offers 16 case studies exploring themes covering customer engagement, inspector gangs, funding, borrowing business cases, prevention, maintenance, contracts, response times, long term investment, data analysis, technology, patching performance, right first time, new surfacing materials selection, improved quality and lean methodology.
