Abstract
Explains and gives guidance on issues which are likely to arise from the Water industry (schemes for adoption of private sewers) regulations 2011 (SI 2011/1566) and where additional clarification as an aid to interpretation would be helpful. Also seeks to deal with those issues or concerns which are not susceptible to regulation.
