Abstract

Presents final report of a study into the operation and effectiveness of the Code of Best Practice on Mobile Phone Network Development (CoBP). It presents key findings on two main aspects of the CoBP: how local planning authorities have operated the guidance and the public perception of the effectiveness of the code.
