Abstract
Alerts that premises producing hazardous waste may need to inform the Environment Agency following a review of the special waste regulations in England during 2004.
History
DEFRA is in the process of finalising the regulations which will be laid before Parliament in March 2005 and will come into force in July 2005. To enable easy transition to accommodate the new regulations, interim guidance has been issued in draft format and may be subject to amendments until the final documentation has been produced.
