Abstract

Presents key data and expert opinions on the toxicology and intake of chromium. It aims to derive oral tolerable daily intake (TDI) and an inhalation Index Dose which in turn are needed to derive Soil Guideline Values (SGVs) for chromium, that is concentrations of chromium in soil that will pose no significant threat to health.
