Abstract

The objects of this research were to: establish attitudes towards and expectations of the planning system; assess the perceptions of various groups toward the performance of the component parts of the planning system; identify the factors which influence attitudes towards the planning system; and assess attitudes towards and expectations of developments, in so far as they condition attitudes to planning.
