Abstract
Draws attention to a new code of practice on the publication of information by local authorities about the handling of planning applications to provide a consistent basis for the regular local publication of information about handling times and to stimulate the monitoring of performance in deciding planning applications, in action to improve performance, and in identification of causes of delay.
