Abstract
Follows three main themes: the measurement of the engineering properties of treated ground, the assessment of long term performance of treated ground and the implications for foundation design of the actual properties and performance of treated ground. Aims to establish and make known the best assessments of the engineering properties and long term performance of treated ground and to explain how to measure and assess such properties.
