Architects' Journal Building Study


Concerns the renovation and extension of the Tara Theatre in Wandsworth. The building was in poor condition and needed to be expanded for the growing theatre company it housed. The project aimed to provide a rehearsal room, 100 seat auditorium and green room whilst also making the building accessible and sustainable for the future. Areas covered include building appraisal, client's view, costs, specification and working detail. Architect: Aedas Arts Team.
