Abstract
Comprises letter to Chief Planning Officers to provide details of WSI 2013/1776 which will come into force on 30 September 2013. The Order amends Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (the GPDO) and introduces a number of changes to householder permitted development rights.
