Architects' Journal Building Study
Relates to the copper-wrapped Roland Levinsky Building, an arts faculty building at Plymouth University. The building contains an array of arts activities including a cinema, a theatre and two dance studios, glass-walled fine arts and digital studios. The tower also houses the architecture school. Space was allocated in the building for a public art gallery and Peninsula Arts, an arts organisation run by the university, is now located in a publicly accessible part of the ground floor behind the east facade. Architects: Henning Larsens Tegnestue/BDP.
First produced in 1895, the Architects' Journal is a fortnightly publication which features comprehensive building studies, and in-depth technical articles.
