Abstract
Provides guidance on what information must be submitted to the building control authority when applying to construct, or carry out work on a higher-risk building in Wales. Covers: applying for building control approval, how to submit information for the application, details of the dutyholders for the building work, building details, drawings and plans, proposed work, site and drainage, site location plan, building regulations compliance statement, change control plan and making changes, construction control plan, competence declaration, fire and emergency file, fire compliance statement for category B work, mandatory occurrence reporting plan and partial completion strategy.
