Abstract

Presents the formal notification of amendments to the Building Regulations, with new Approved Documents F Volume 1 and L Volumes 1 and 2, due to come into force 24 March 2027 in respect of non-HRB building works or 24 September 2027 for HRB building works. These changes relate to the publication of the Future Homes and Building Standards.
