Abstract

Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios’ Paradise SE11 is a six-storey speculative office development in Lambeth designed to prioritise low-carbon construction, occupant wellbeing and circularity. With a hybrid structure combining glulam, CLT, steel and concrete, the project achieved 413 kgCO2e/m² embodied carbon, while implementing innovative disassembly details and biophilic design features.
