Abstract
Provides an overview of Northern Ireland's water bodies and describes progress made towards achieving objectives set during the previous cycle of production and implementation of a river basin management plan (RBMP). Also sets environmental objectives for the period 2021-2027 and identifies priority catchments, using a catchment-based approach to protecting Northern Ireland's water resources.
