Abstract

Gives a method of test for determining the depth of indentation of mastic asphalt and rolled asphalt. Force is applied to them via a cylindrical indentor pin with a circular flat-ended base. Applies to aggregates of maximum nominal size less or equal to 16mm and details specimen preparation and conditioning techniques.
