Abstract
This document details Phase 1 of a regeneration scheme in Govan, led by Collective Architecture in collaboration with Govan Housing Association, contractor CCG, and rankinfraser landscape architecture. The project focuses on reconnecting and revitalizing the former shipbuilding district, aiming to enhance the area's social, economic, and environmental fabric while preserving its historic identity.
