Abstract
HTM 05-03 is part of a suite of documents referred to as Firecode. The documents cover fire safety requirements in relation to the NHS. In part K areas covered include: main changes in this document since the previous edition; statutory requirements; risk assessment; fire prevention and protection; fire safety design; fire safety management and maintenance. Includes appendices A-F.
History
Supersedes HTM 05-03 Part K (2013) which was published by the Department of Health. Word templates of Appendices E and F cannot be made available within CIS but they are provided on the NHS England website. HTM 05-03 consists of ten parts: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, J, K and M. To be read in conjunction with HTM 05-01 and HTM 05-02 which are also part of the Firecode suite.
