Abstract
For appointing a specialist to provide pre-construction services for either an employer or the main contractor. Can be used with the 2024 editions of: Standard Building Contract, Design and Build Contract, Major Project Construction Contract, Management Building Contract, and the Intermediate Building Contract (either with or without contractor's design).
