Useful for public sector employers undertaking construction works, wishing to engage a consultant to carry out services in respect of such works. Includes: the agreement, conditions, schedules and guidance notes. Can be used with any JCT 2024 main contract, except the JCT Constructing Excellence (CE) and the Home Owner Contracts (HO/B or HO/C).
