Abstract

Details requirements for the selection, inspection, testing and marking of metallic materials for the fabrication of industrial piping and supports. Considers materials for pressure containing parts, and for non-pressure parts. Also covers the grouping system for steels for pressure equipment, how to prevent brittle fracture in low temperatures, technical delivery conditions, European steels and special requirements.
