Constitutes the Welsh Transport Appraisal Guidance (WelTAG), developed with the intention that it is applied to all transport strategies, plans and schemes being promoted or requiring funding from the Welsh Government. Covers: background and context; WelTAG planning stages; the five dimensions of the WelTAG business case; integrated well-being appraisal; engaging with people; WelTAG in practice; WelTAG and land-use planning; WelTAG for specific transport modes; relevant legislation and policy in Wales.
