The 2023 future homes consultation looks at changes to Part 6, Part L and Part F of building regulations, relating to conservation of fuel and power and ventilation in dwellings and non-domestic buildings, as well as looking at previous changes relating to overheating contained in Part O. This draft Approved Document L includes various changes to update the existing guidance relating to improving energy efficiency, and reducing carbon emissions in new homes and non-domestic buildings.
