Abstract
Relates to SI 2023/1197, which increase planning application fees by 35% for major applications and 25% for all other applications and also deals with annual inflation indexation, new fees for prior approval of permitted development by the Crown on closed defence sites, removal of exemptions from some types of fees and refunds from reducing the planning guarantee period for non-major planning applications.
