Abstract

Provides guidance to help local authorities in England improve the energy efficiency of their residential housing, issued under the Home Energy Conservation Act (HECA). Also provides more information on updates to the HECA reporting framework in advance of 29th February 2024 when the next reports from local authorities on plans to achieve improved energy efficiency are due.
