Updated, to align with standards, building regulations and legislation and improvements in appliances and installation practices. Applies to open flue chimneys for Type B gas appliances and room-sealed chimney configurations for Type C gas appliances, with specified rate. Also applies to natural draught or fanned draught chimneys.
