Abstract
Establishes the data communication services and protocols for computer equipment used to monitor and control heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC and R) and other building systems. Enables use of digital control technology in buildings by giving an abstract object-oriented representation of information communicated between such equipment.
