Abstract
Sets out the Transport Scotland protocol for cold recycling and reusing bitumen and tar bound roads as part of the road recycling strategy. Following the guidance will ensure site suitability, effectively dealing with hazardous contaminants and compliance with SHW clauses 847 and 948 and TRL 611.
