History
Supersedes HTM 03-01 Part B (2007) published by Department of Health. HTM 03-01 (2021) supersedes all previous versions of HTM 03-01 (2007) and also HTM 2025 (1994) and DV4 (1983). Publications approval reference: PAR38. Also applies in Wales.
