History

To be read in conjunction with addendum to HTM 03-01: NETB 2023/01A 'Application of HEPA filter devices for air cleaning in healthcare spaces: guidance and standards' (NHSENG, 2023). Supersedes HTM 03-01 Part A (2007) published by Department of Health. HTM 03-01 (2021) supersedes all previous versions of HTM 03-01 (2007) and also HTM 2025 (1994) and DV4 (1983). Publications approval reference: PAR38. Also applies in Wales.
