Abstract
Gives guidance to architects, surveyors, building managers and owners on dealing with graffiti on historic buildings and monuments. It includes information on removing graffiti, best technical practice expected of specialist graffiti-removal contractors, and prevention measures. Also discusses 'street art' in the context of its public acceptance and need to define boundaries between street art and unwanted graffiti.
