Explanatory Memorandum
Abstract
SI 2021/439 amends the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 (SI 2012/3118) which came into force on 9 January 2013. An amendment is made to regulation 28, so that new fees can be set for entering data onto the register, which is required to be maintained by the Secretary of State under regulation 27 of the 2012 regulations.
