Abstract
Summarises the consultation responses received and outlines the next steps as part of the Government response to the 2019 Future homes consultation that closed January 2020. The proposed changes related to: Part L (conservation of fuel and power) and Part F (ventilation) of the Building Regulations, along with accompanying draft Approved Documents, overheating and airtightness, aiming to improve the as-built performance of dwellings.
